So the reason I am telling you this is that if you really want to sell your home it has to be priced right. Clean out some of the clutter in your home including the closets. Take down personal pictures. You want the prospective buyers to be able to imagine them self in the home. So just remember that if your home is priced right, and you have taken out some of your personal things so the buyer can imagine them self in the home you will be able to sell in 30 days or less.
