Today I helped a wonderful family close on a home in Smoke Rise. Smoke Rise is a wonderful neighborhood in Warrior which is in Blount County, Alabama. They were first time homeowners and will receive the $8000.00 tax credit. Also their county taxes on their new home is under $300.00 a year.
