If you want to sell you home anywhere in Blount County, Alabama I can help you!!! There are a few things I need to tell you!!! First, your home must be priced right. I listed a home on Friday, May 1, 2009 and it went under contract on Monday, May 4, 2009. Because it was priced to SELL!!! It was only a 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath but because it was priced right we had a lot of showings over the weekend and got a offer Monday morning. It was almost full price (only $3000 less than full price) but the owners put some incentives in with the listing. So the reason I am telling you this is that if you really want to sell your home it has to be priced right. Clean out some of the clutter in your home including the closets. Take down personal pictures. You want the prospective buyers to be able to imagine them self in the home. So just remember that if your home is priced right, and you have taken out some of your personal things so the buyer can imagine them self in the home you will be able to sell in 30 days or less.
